Spaghetti...

You know how it goes.

You have kids and every time they eat this they get red around their lips...almost looks like a sauce mustache.

and...

You've seen it in the movie Lady and the Tramp:  they sit there and eat spaghetti and they end up sharing the same noodle..and after that, we all know what happens...LoVe!!

Spaghetti is one of the easiest, most delicious meals.  I grew up eating it and I continue to eat it to this day.   All you need are spaghetti noodles, tomato sauce and hamburger.  Cook them all up and eat it.  What I love to do is top it with Parmesan Cheese.  Yum!  You can even add different seasonings.  You just can't go wrong with it.

Chicken!

I have grown to absolutely love to cook with chicken.  You can make so many different foods with it.  There's many different ways to cook it and no matter which way you do it, you get a mouthful of delicious-ness.  One recipe I really like is one I made up one day (I'm sure there's a name for it and many people have made it...but I don't know what it is or who has made it..)  Since I'm a single person I'm typically cooking for myself.  I love quick, easy and delicious food.

This recipe calls for(or at least what I usually use for myself):
* 2-3 Frozen Chicken Breast Tenderloins
* 1/2-Green Pepper
*1-Jalepeno
*1 cup of Minute Rice
*and water
(allows me to have 2 meals..so I get dinner for one night and lunch for the next)

I typically start cooking the rice first.  Follow the directions on the box.  Then I boil the chicken.  I find this way of cooking chicken to be the most delicious.  It keeps it juicy and so good.  While the rice and chicken are cooking, I take time to cut up the vegetables I want to cook with my chicken.  When the chicken is not fully cooked yet I will typically take it out and slice it into long- thin strips and cut the strips in half the other way. I then put the chicken back into a pot without water and throw the vegetables in with it until it's cooked all the way.  When the chicken is done, the rice should be done as well.  It takes about a total of 15 minutes to do everything.

You can make it how you want and you can add different things to it.  This is just a simple recipe to follow and it gives you great results.  Let me know how it is if you try it.  And if you did something different let me know what it is and how it turned out.

This is a product of Good Earth.  The package comes with everything included except the shrimp, oil and butter.  It takes about 15 minutes to be prepped and cooked.  So if you're looking for a quick, easy meal with your family, this is a great choice.  One package has about 5 servings.
